- We ship twice a week, but we will do so more frequently if there is a need. Typically your item will ship out in 2-5 business days. It may be closer to 5-7 business days during our busy season, which is August - December (Halloween and winter holidays). This is just the time it takes for our team to process your order, not the actual time in transit, which varies based on which shipping service you choose (ground, priority etc).
- If you need your order by a specific date, please send an email with your order number to hello@catcoven.com and we will try our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee it.

No problem! Please email hello@catcoven.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If you do not send us the correct address before it ships, you will have to wait for it to be returned to us and will be charged for the new shipping cost.

For US sticker orders, we offer $1 lettermail (this includes bumper stickers too)! This means we just put your sticker(s) in a stamped envelope with NO protective plastic sleeve and NO tracking. If you would like those things you must upgrade to a tracked service (typically USPS ground).
Like with all orders, if the post office loses it in the mail, it is not Cat Coven’s responsibility to send a replacement or refund you. Lettermail may take a week or two to arrive.

We try to be as eco-friendly as we can! For most supplies we use Eco Enclose. They are recyclable and/or compostable and/or recycled. We try our best to also reuse packaging we receive from other packages such as packaging peanuts from our glass manufacturer, etc.

This is only for USPS Ground. If you need quicker shipping (priority express, etc) you will have to pay for the upgrade. Please note that will only speed up the shipping time, not the time it takes for us to put together your order.

Because of VAT taxes, UK customers must order through catcoven.etsy.com. If there is something you would like that hasn’t been added to the etsy shop yet, please contact hello@catcoven.com
As of Dec. 2024, we are no longer able to send orders to the EU and Northern Ireland because of new regulations. Sorry! :(
If you are outside of the US, please be aware if your country has VAT or import tax. Your items may be held at customs if you do not pay and could hold up your delivery. It is your responsibility to pay.

If your item has a manufacturing defect we accidentally overlooked, or was damaged in transit, please send an email to hello@catcoven.com with your order number, name and photos of the damage. We will do our best to accommodate you!

Please take these steps before contacting us:
1) Wait a few extra days. During certain times of year (winter holidays especially) the postal service can be a bit slower. Sometimes the PO may accidentally mark something “Delivered” on your tracking before it has actually reached your house.
2) Check with neighbors, roommates or coworkers in case they have taken your package by mistake.
3) Take your tracking number to your local post office and inquire there.
4) If none of these things have worked, please email hello@catcoven.com and we will figure it out! But if the issue is that the post office made a mistake, it is not our responsibility to refund you or replace the item.

You have 30 days from delivery to notify us (hello@catcoven.com) about a return or exchange. All items must be in “new” condition, meaning they do not show signs of use. Because we are a very small operation, we cannot afford free exchanges or returns. The customer is responsible for paying shipping both ways.
If your item looks like it has a manufacturing defect that we overlooked, please see “I have a damaged product” info.
