1. Place patch in desired position. 
  2. Patches are made from synthetic threads, so do not place heat too high or they may get damaged. Usually a 4 or 5 on your home iron is a good place to start. Always put a barrier cloth (like an old cotton rag or tshirt you don’t use anymore) in between your iron and the face of the patch. Hold for 30 - 60 seconds. 
  3. Turn the garment inside out and iron the back of the fabric. Add more heat and time as needed. If your patch is too large to fit completely under the iron, you may have to hold your iron down over each part separately for the 30-60 seconds. 
  4. Sew down the edges for extra security, especially if it’s an irregular shape. 
  5. We recommend handwashing or machine washing on cold. Turn garment inside out before washing. :)
